Food & Drink
It is the participants responsibility for bringing their own food and drink/water for the day. It’s recommended to bring a couple of protein bars for snacks and a sandwich for lunch on the move.
Clothing & Equipment
Bring appropriate cycling clothing for the given weather conditions. The ride will be up to 4 hours and you are likely to get wet and dirty, so a set of dry warm clothes to change into after the ride is advised. Helmets and gloves can be provided, but please let us know in advance.
